An AI agent for your file exports
Describe the file your partner expects: the agent builds the File Export Studio export with you, column by column, then reads the file actually produced to check it.
What it does
It knows your data
It lists the fields of an Odoo object and of the related objects, to choose the right source of each column.
It builds the export
It creates the export, sets the format and the options, adds, changes or removes columns. Every change goes through the same validations as the screen.
It checks the real file
It reads the preview, which is the exact file, and compares it with what the partner expects.
What it does not do
It neither schedules nor sends any file: sending stays a gesture of the user. A read-only user can ask it to describe an export or read its preview, not to change it.

What you need
- File Export Studio installed.
- Odoo 19, Enterprise edition: the agents run through the Odoo AI app.
- Your Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT) or Google (Gemini) API key, set in the AI settings: the calls are billed by the provider on your account.
