chtidoo hosts your Odoo on servers in Paris, with production, staging and development, nightly backups, and deployments that roll back on their own if something breaks. Odoo 16 to 20, Community or Enterprise.
What is included
Three environments
Production, a staging that is a copy of your data made harmless (no email goes out, scheduled actions are stopped), and development environments with demo data.
Deployments without cold sweats
A backup is taken right before, then the code is installed and the database upgraded. If a step fails, everything goes back to how it was, automatically, and your Odoo starts again as it was.
Nightly backups
Database and documents, kept 7 days, 4 weeks and 3 months. You can go back to yesterday, last week or last month, and download any backup. They are not billed.
Your domain, over HTTPS
Your Odoo answers on your own address, with a certificate installed and renewed on its own, and keeps a service address that always answers, even if your domain has a problem.
A monitoring space
The state of your environments, what you use and what it costs, item by item, and the operating charts, measured every fifteen minutes and kept three months.
Humans who know Odoo
A question is asked from your project, with the environment and the version already attached. It reaches people who develop on Odoo every day, not an anonymous ticket queue.
Your data stays yours
On shared hosting, your Odoo shares a machine with others. Here is what it keeps to itself:
- its system account and its folder, unreadable by all the others;
- its database, which no other Odoo is allowed to connect to;
- its share of memory and CPU, capped, so that a runaway neighbour does not slow you down;
- an application no other customer can reach: the only way in is the common front door, encrypted and monitored.
This isolation is checked by a test run again after every change. It is logical, not physical: if your business needs a machine that hosts only you, that is dedicated hosting.
Coming from Odoo Online?
Odoo Online does not let you add custom development. That is the most frequent reason for a move. You only have one thing to do: download the full backup of your database from your Odoo Online. Your data, documents, users, configuration, website design and Studio customisations arrive intact.
Before you decide, the archive is read without being installed, and a report says exactly what arrives, what is removed and what is missing. The quote is based on that reading, not on a guess.
For Odoo integrators
You develop your customers' projects, chtidoo runs them:
- your GitHub repository is linked to the project: a pushed branch creates its development environment within a minute;
- a change moves from development to staging then to production through a promotion, and on a Git conflict you get the exact link where to solve it;
- a terminal on each instance, isolated and logged: Odoo shell, PostgreSQL, Python;
- your customer gives you the hosting code of their subscription: they are billed, not you;
- two access levels to the monitoring space, read or operate, chosen project by project.

Monthly, no commitment. You pay for what your project uses, and you can see it at any time in the monitoring space.

Example: a project with 2 workers, a 5 GB database, 10 GB of documents and one staging: 80 + 0.75 + 1.50 + 10 = €92.25 excl. VAT per month. The smallest project, 1 worker and 1 GB of each, comes to €40.30 excl. VAT per month.
- Storage is billed in 5 GB steps: the bill changes when a step is crossed, not gigabyte by gigabyte.
- The number of workers is set with you, according to your concurrent users and your website traffic.
- The Odoo Enterprise licence is not included: it is paid to Odoo or your partner.
- The outgoing mail server (SMTP) is not provided: your Odoo sends through your own mail service, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your provider, configured in Odoo.
- Launch price: the first customers get a discount, guaranteed for twelve months after the end of the launch phase.
