Passion projects
What I build when it is not for a client: projects born from a passion, made with the same tools as your Odoo.
Stargate: the Gate's dialing computer
A reproduction of the computer that dials the addresses of the Stargate, in the series Stargate SG-1. The ring turns, each chevron locks, then the Gate opens; the sounds are recreated from scratch.
The directory gathers the known addresses of the series, each on its own page, ready to be dialed.
Behind it, an Odoo 19 module: the 39 glyphs, the destinations, the missions and the teams live in Odoo, and the public simulator reads them without exposing the database.
The Gate also exists for real: 3D-printed, 80 cm across, its chevrons and ring lit by LEDs. Next step: make it dial from Odoo.
