Electronic invoicing, now
Every company in France must be able to receive electronic invoices since 1 September 2026. Issuing them becomes mandatory in September 2026 for large and mid-sized companies, and in September 2027 for small and micro companies.
Odoo itself has been an approved platform since April 2026. What remains is to check the data the reform makes mandatory (SIREN number, electronic invoicing address, invoice mentions), to connect the platform, and to test issuing and receiving before the date that applies to you.
