Odoo services: implementation, development, upgrade, audits

From the analysis of your processes to go-live, then throughout the life of your database: what CHTI-TECH takes care of, and what you get each time.

Odoo on a desktop screen

Odoo implementation

Before configuring anything, I look at how you work: who enters what, when, and what has to come out of it. Odoo is then set up on your processes, app by app.

  • Sales, CRM, purchase, inventory and warehouses, manufacturing, projects, accounting.
  • Migration of your data: customers, products, bills of materials, stock, balances.
  • Access rights by role, document templates, automations.
  • Assisted go-live, then fixes during the first days.

Modules and connectors development

When the standard does not cover a need, a custom module completes it without breaking the rest: it extends Odoo instead of replacing it, and comes with its tests and documentation.

  • Business rules, screens, PDF reports and dashboards.
  • Connectors to online shops (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop) and to external services through APIs.
  • File exchanges with your partners: EDI, automatic imports and exports, SFTP drops.
  • Applications around Odoo, such as O'Discuss, a messaging client for Odoo Discuss.

Version upgrade

A database left on an old version loses Odoo support and new features. An upgrade is prepared: your custom modules are ported, the upgraded database is tested on a copy, and the switch happens once everything is approved.

  • Inventory of modules and customisations, including those made with Studio.
  • Porting of the custom code to the target version.
  • Acceptance testing on a copy of the database, then a planned switch.

E-invoicing

In France, every company must be able to receive e-invoices since 1 September 2026. Issuing them becomes mandatory in September 2026 for large and mid-sized companies, in September 2027 for small and micro companies.

  • Check of the data the reform makes mandatory: SIREN number, electronic invoicing address, invoice mentions.
  • Choice of and connection to the approved platform. Odoo itself has been an approved platform since April 2026.
  • Sending and receiving tests before the date that applies to you.

Performance and SEO audits

Two audits, one principle: measure before concluding, then hand over a report that names each cause and says how to fix it.

  • Performance: a slow Odoo database, screens that lag, an overloaded server. Analysis of the database, the queries, the scheduled actions and the server.
  • SEO: an Odoo website that is hard to find. Titles, descriptions, addresses, languages, sitemap, speed, and what Google reports in Search Console.

For a first check on your own, theSEO self-assessment of an Odoo Online website is freely available (in French).

Training

Training on your own processes and your own data, on site or remotely, for users and administrators alike. Each participant keeps a written guide: the Odoo 18, 19 and 20 guides are in the documentation.

Drinking water certifications

Outside Odoo, the industrial experience is still available: support in obtaining and keeping the ACS, WRAS and NSF/ANSI 61 certifications of products in contact with drinking water.
